How to use

1. Tear or cut the wrapper and take out the pad.
2. Peel the release strip off the adhesive.
3. Press the pad onto the centre of your underwear.
4. Fold the wings around the sides and press to secure.

For comfort, change your pad every four to six hours. To dispose of it, fold and roll the used pad, wrap it in the wrapper or a disposal bag, and put it in the dry-waste bin. Please never flush a pad.
